Real estate is a term associated with houses, buildings and land. While factually that is true, people make a house a home and people make a town a community. It takes good people working together for successful transactions whether buying or selling. I have been licensed since 2008. My areas of focus are residential and rural properties. I have an agricultural background and enjoy learning and working with rural properties. I also delve into multi-family properties. I cover a 60-mile radius of Sioux Falls including my native southwest Minnesota.
